… Isle for now.  On Wednesday, 2nd Circuit Judge Joseph Cardoza refused to lift a temporary restraining order that halted Hawaii Superferry service into Maui’s Kahului Harbor. The TRO remains in effect until Sept. 6, when attorneys are scheduled to return to the Wailuku courtroom to present evidence on a motion for an injunction to block the ferry until all environmental reviews are completed.
