HAWAIIAN PROVERB OF THE DAY — “It is a running place for the naked one.”
NOVEMBER, 2006: The Travel Channel names Little Beach, at Makena, as the 9th best nude beach in the world. (Click here to see TRAV description …) Under Hawaiian code, public nudity can be illegal. HRS 707-734 states that “a person commits the offense of indecent exposure if the person intentionally exposes the person’s genitals to a person to whom the person is not married under circumstances in which the actor’s conduct is likely to cause affront.”
