This time we can’t blame the entire Transportation Security Administraiton (TSA), just the incompetence of the Hawaiian branch of this useless government agency.
Two unrelated incidents:
The first regards a woman who recently went from Hawaii overseas with, inadvertantly, a seven-inch pair of scissors. Yeah, they passed the screening – here. On her return from the overseas country, however, the OTHER country’s security found them immediately.
The second was a round trip between islands recently where a man purposely took a small knife with him, “just to see”. It surivived both flights there and back.
Americans are paying $120 billion a year for this incompetence.
